Thank you for shopping with Dalton’s Farm Toys! We want to make our order and shipping process as easy and quick as possible. We work to get your items to you as fast as possible, but please know that we have many orders to process so our policy is to get orders shipped in 1-3 business days (excluding orders that include a pre-ordered item). If this is not possible, we will contact you directly so please provide an email that you check often.
Most items sold by Dalton’s Farm Toys are new in the box toys. Some of the older toys we offer have been previously owned but are still in the box and in good condition unless otherwise noted. When purchasing an item from us, if you need to know the exact shape of the box the toys is in please contact us before you purchase the item.
An item marked for pre-order is an item that is not yet available. We show in the listing when it is expected to arrive and able to be ship to our customers. At times the manufacturer will delay the availability of these items. We will try to the best of our ability to keep our customers updated on any changes in dates but please know that this is not something we control and we get these items to our customers as soon as we are able.
We have a couple options when placing pre-orders. We understand that to save on shipping you may want to combine other items into your order. We do allow this but please know that if you choose to do this, ALL ITEMS in that order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is available. If you would like to have other items shipped before the pre-ordered item, please place separate orders.
Dalton’s Farm Toys is not responsible for any errors on our website, including price and item listings.
We do our best to keep our site up to date, but in the event that you order an item that is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order or issue a refund with your order. If we expect to receive more of this item in the near future, we will email or call you using the information on file to see if you would like us to hold your payment
We stand behind everything we ship you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first and we will work with you to figure out a solution. Otherwise our return policy is as follows:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it to receive a full refund minus any shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Unless previously discussed with us, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.
Once the item is received by us and verified that it is in the same condition, we will refund your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of time it takes to receive this credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Because we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, cancelling an order before it is already out our door may be difficult. If you do wish to cancel an order, please CALL or TEXT us as soon as possible and we will check to see if your order has been processed. If it hasn’t, we will cancel you order. If it has, then we will be unable to process the cancellation and our return policy will go into effect.
Any copy or use of images from www.daltonsfarmtoys.com must have authorization obtained in writing prior to usage. Any use without written consent or permission from Dalton’s Farm Toys is unauthorized and deemed image theft.
